Chicamacomico brought their famous “Paint a Shake” station to the dedication of Dowdy Park in Nags Head. The Dare County Arts Council conducted their annual “ArtRageous” program as part of the festivities. The park has a 100% handicap accessible playground and is certainly something to see. The photos show that kids take to art like ducks to water.
